At Sprinkle Studio, we take pride in manufacturing and supplying top-quality custom sprinkle mixes, baking decorations, and confectionery supplies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!
1. Returns & Standard Cooling-Off Period
- Perishable & Food Contact Goods: For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened sprinkle packages, edible toppings, or custom-mixed blends cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged during transport.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at sprinklestudioza@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged items.
- We will inspect the issue and promptly arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional expense to you.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If returning an item due to change of mind (non-defective standard items), the customer is responsible for courier return shipping fees or Pudo locker return costs.
- If returning a defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched item, Sprinkle Studio will cover all courier return costs.
4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer (EFT) or store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
